We are a small select kennel situated in a rural setting between Ipswich and Boonah, Queensland, Australia. Our dogs are very much a part of our family.

Outenhof German Shepherds were established in 1985 when I got my first registered German Shepherd, but my family have always had German Shepherds.

I have been breeding German Shepherds under the OUTENHOF prefix since my first litter in 1987. 

About my human family - I met my husband Wayne at a dog show (of course) and things went from there. We have been together since 1989. We have 2 boys Kaileb born in 1992 and Connor born in 1996, and of course they love the dogs too. Connor is going to be my future dog handler. He has the knack already.
Even having the kids didn't stop us from showing. I stopped showing when I was about 7 1/2 months pregnant with both of them. I started back showing when they were about 5 or 6 weeks old.

In our kennel we combine some of the countries best bloodlines e.g. Aust Ch Sam vom Zellergrund (Imp Gmy), Ch Iwan vom Lechtal (Imp. Gmy.) BSCL 1 'a'Z' VA, Masuta Piaute (Imp. UK.) BSCL 1'a' Exc, Mutz vd Mainebene from Kemjon (Imp. Gmy.)BSCL 1 'a'Z' VA, Gigolo vd Noriswand (Imp. Gmy.)BSCL 1 'a'Z' Exc, Jasso vd Roten Matter (Imp. Gmy.)BSCL 1 'a'Z' Exc and you have all the bloodlines behind these dogs.

At present I have at stud AUST CH FREEVALE FORGET THE REST BSCL 1 'A' 0/0 'Z' 0/0  who is out of Aust Ch Sam v Zellergrund (Imp Gmy) BSCL 1 'a'Z' SchH11 DNA Proven who is proving to be an exceptional show dog for me. He has had many "In-Group classes".
His biggest achievement are 1st Junior Dog at the German Shepherd Dog Club of Qld Championship Show under Herr Bernd Weber SV (Gmy), and also winning the Puppy Dog Class at the 2007 Working Dog Club of Vic Championship show under Herr Helmut Buss SV Gmy.

 AUST CH OUTENHOF LYKA VADA (Vada) 'A'Z' HIC has had many Best in Group's as well she has had a Best In Show, Reserve in Show at only 11 months.  She has been a delight to show. My biggest achievement with Vada was winning the Puppy Bitch class at the 2005 GSD National in Brisbane, there was 19 entries and she led the class from the beginning to the end. She was also Best of Breed at the Brisbane Royal in 2006 under a SV judge from India his name was Mr D Krishnamurthy.

From my most recent litter out of AUST CH OUTENHOF IOWA KIMBA BSCL 1 'A'Z' PT Excellent and Aust Ch Kantenna Sarratorga BSCL 1 'A'Z' Excellent Merit H.I.C I have 2 lovely puppies they are AUST CH OUTENHOF NABRASKA 'A'Z' and OUTENHOF NELSONS PRIDE 'A'Z' CCD they are turning faces in both the Speciality and the All Breeds ring.
